Event number four this season is one that many were looking forward to last year before Mother Nature changed their plans with rainfall. It will be just the second time the two series have run head-to-head, with the first coming at Federated Auto Parts Speedway in Missouri last summer. Tyler Courtney and Chad Boespflug complete the top five in standings. While it looked as though it would be a runaway, Chad Stapleton make up a large amount of ground over the last five laps and pulled alongside out of turn four.
The AMA All-Star National Flat Track Series motorcycles will pace the 1/2-mile for an exciting event. Justin Grant leads the standings by 45 over Chris Windom. Early favorite, Marty O’Neal spun early in the event, relegating him to the tail and shaking up the top five.
Several different classes of bikes will make this an action packed night. Windom has been outstanding at the Action Track, as of late, and will be one of the favorites this Saturday night. was very strong at the Hurtubise Classic in September, before losing a right rear tire. Tyler Cain was the man to beat, though, leading convincingly as drivers sliced and diced behind him.
